CH question

I put the range cause it climbs in 48 hrs.

I haven’t touched my CH cause it keeps my csi in check. If bring my CH up to 350 then I’m even more on the positive side when my ph is 7.7 to the 8.0 rise.

is that ok? Any advice?

Leave the CH alone. You are staying in the CSI range without doing anything. No need to add chemicals if you don’t need to. Even if you did change CH to 350, you would still be within the same acceptable ranges. Leave CH alone.

I don't see a problem. Your CSI range is well within the +/- 0.3 range. As the water warms up it's going to push it positive, but it'll still be in range for a long time. Same with CH. Unless you get a bunch of rain and have to drain off some water, evaporation and refill is going to raise CH which pushes CSI upwards.

Ok cool guys. I figured I was ok but thought I would ask. I always learned here do what u need to do within reason to keep csi in range vs individual chemicals. I appreciate it.

If you allow your Acid additions to push your TA a bit lower that might slow down that pH drift a bit.

I tried last year. It didn’t. I wish it did. I run my pump 24/7 and my cell is usually running between 35-45 percent. I think that’s why.
