My CH has been 200 since I got my new plaster pool going in early June.
Was just rereading the recommended levels for CH for plaster pools and it's 250-350.
What specifically will happen to my plaster if I stay at 200?
I have some Cal Hypo shock i can use to bring that up....bought it when i first got my pool but have plenty left as I only used it once....that was before I found this site.
Can I put some cap hypo shock in to help raise my CH?
Seems like it can kill two birds with one stone...help my FC and CH...without having to buy stuff to raise my CH.
Thoughts?
Thank you

What is your TA?

You can use some Cal Hypo shock. Stop using it when your CH reaches 300 or so.

With your pH and TA your CH is not aggressive to water. But you can still raise it some if you would like to use cal hypo.
