cell not match

We have a RJ45 in the "window" it says "cell not match" . We called Discount Salt Pool and they sent an adaptor . That did not fix the problem.
All parts are clean (folks have suggested cleaning cell, wires etc..) . Any ideas ??????

Same problem here. Did you figure yours out? My unit is a few years old just started happening. All cables checked
