Using the taylor 2006 (FAS-DPD) test, I am getting a high FC, but Combined isnt even close to results. Am i doing something wrong testing? 6ppm free and 2 Combined. Let test sit after testing Combined and after a min it will go back pink. Has anyone had this and is this normal?

Also, you want a low CC (.5 or lower). Anything higher and you may have an issue. Test again and see if it’s really over .5
I think you may be confusing combined chloride with total chlorine. Total chlorine is free + combined. Combined means that the chlorine is bound to something (often nitrogen) but hasn't yet left your pool. Combined chlorine is what gives pools that classic "chlorine smell." It will offgas with time and UV.
