Cant remember what this plant is called

We bought these plants in the spring and planted them and boy did they take off !! We cant remember what the name of them is so we can look up how to care for them this winter.

Does anyone know what its called ? Its resembles pampas grass but its a redish purple color this is a picture of it.

Sorry Butterfly .... I think this stuff is called Red Fountain Grass (?)

What do we need to do to it for the winter ??

Tiz, looks like you found the name for it!

Also, it appears to be what DH & I planted in our back yard about 15 yrs ago next to our angel hair grass.

It was really pretty, but it did not come back the next year like we expected
