I would say about 1/3. I don't have a kit right now. I'm ordering a TF100, so only an pool store test for right now.. Everytime I test is at 100, so I guess their test doesn't show over 100??
sorry about the delay I've had some pc problems lately and didn't want to enter any personal info buying anything. Reason I hadn't bought a kit yet , But anyhow I got my water tested at a different store and the CYA tested at 83 so I'm not sure weather I should drain it more or just leave it as it evaporates about a inch off my level mark a week?? Its looking good but still a little cloudy. But I think that has to do with me pressure washing the cool deck this week an some dirt getting in there.
CYA at 83 can be lived with, but around 50 would be even better, and I don't trust the test result just yet.
Evaporation and refilling won't change your chemical levels. Only the water evaporates, so levels go up as water evaporates. When you refill, your level goes back to what they were originally.
