So I have a brand new century pump because my old one started to him after it built pressure it would just start to humm so I connected the new motor and it’s doing the same thing I checked power it’s getting power like it should any suggestions

Humming is typically a bad capacitor, low supply voltage, or jammed/clogged impeller.

If you have a brand new pump, then I'd check the supply voltage. Do you have a multi-meter?

115v or 230v?
What is the voltage?
Did you measure the voltage AT THE PUMP?
What is the pressure switch connected to...both pressure and electric?

Voltage at breaker is 240 and t230 at the pressure switch. 120 on both legs. The switch is hook to the motor. But like I said I checked the capacitor its reading that its good. I bought a brand new motor to try and same thing humming or buzzing withing the motor

OK, so if I understand correctly, you are using a pool pump as a water pump on your well? This is not a pool pump being used for a pool?

In that case, this may help you...
