Can’t decide on finish/color

I need to pick a pool finish and color in 3 days. Our pool is very modern with very neutral colors for tile and surrounding. Square design with swim up bar, Baja shelf and grand stair entry. I have attached a few pics but it’s raining so they are not so good.

My builder wants me to choose from NPT Pool which is fine because they have a good reputation and selection. I want a deep blue color but I also want a darker bottom so it will pop. I really like the color of the water and finish of Quartzscapes St. Martin Shade Caribbean Series but I’m concerned with what people are saying about the color getting blotchy overtime. I also like the Stonescapes Midnight Blue Puerto Rico Blend small but I’m concerned it may have a green tinge and too much of a blue concrete look.

Because of my two concerns with the colors and finishes mentioned above I’m considering Stonescapes Tropics Blue but WOW look at the three different finishes/blends (attached )

- Tropics Blue Small / Puerto Rico Blend Small
- Tropics Blue / Touch of Glass
- Tropics Blue Mini / Mini Pebbles

Does anyone have pics of their pool in any of these finishes/blends? I’m so confused 😩

What about the Stonescapes Midnight Blue. I think any of the finishes that incorporate a color pigment can end up mottled-it really (I think) comes down to the installer and how good they are
Here is a pic of someone’s midnight blue

Lighter colors tend to hide faulty work while darker colors tend to expose faulty work, IMO. I prefer lighter colors because the water appears more refreshing. You can always ask the builder/plaster company to see previous work so you can sample. Locally they usually accommodate that request, it involves them contacting previous clients so they can show their pools with the finish you may or may not want.

I really like the Stonescapes Midnight Blue a lot but on their website it says it is a dark blue to dark blue/green. I really don’t want green but the picture you uploaded is nice color.
