Can't add test results after purchasing a subscription

I purchased a premium subscription on Android today and I was able to add logs (initially, I had to use Restore Subscription option). The logs show up on iOS (iPad) and the Windows app (Windows 10 on a PC). However, I can only add logs on Android (where the subscription was purchased) but I can't add logs on iOS and Windows.

Is this working as designed or a bug?
 
I add data on multiple platforms via one account. I assume you have signed in on the other platforms?

Yep, signed in on all platforms. The data syncs and I see all the test results, but iOS and Windows report no premium subscription is active.

I tried the restore premium subscription on both of those platforms but they error out.
