Cannot log on to Pool Math App-Apple iPhone 7

I Cannot log on to Pool Math App-Apple iPhone 7.
I can log on here.
I tried changing my password.
No dice.
Tells me "Sign-in Failed Something went wrong signing in, please try again"
Tried for over an hour...

I'm also having the same issue downloaded and installed yesterday. I have tried multiple times to change my PW and can't get logged in. I'm using the android version of the application.

Sign-in Failed
Something went wrong signing in, please try again!

To add I have tried my email and username for the Auth ID.

FYI someone from PoolMath support has reached out as I have emailed the email address provided.

I resolved the issue by going into the application and deleting the application data and logging back in.

When I first logged in I miss typed my username, not sure about pw but it seems like it was holding onto something that was incorrect even though I was typing later everything correctly.
