Can you ID this capacitor?

I've got a Regency ceiling fan that needs the run capacitor replaced. Unfortunately, the capacitor is a part of the wireless receiver assembly, which is $50. I hate to throw out a perfectly good assembly just to replace the capacitor. So far, I've been unable to find the same replacement part, but I can't imagine it's that unusual. I can find some that appear to be the same rating, but are very different designs. Any chance someone here with electronics background could point me in the right direction? There are no markings on the capacitor itself except those shown in this one picture. It appears to be from Seika Electric Co. out of Taiwan. If there is a suitable, more durable replacement, I'd be open to that as well. I just don't know enough about capacitors to know I'm sourcing the right style and rating. Thanks!!

Any 4.5uf capacitor rated 300W (or VAC) or higher will work.
