My Summer Wave pool has all metal poles are painted and have little if any conductivity. It is an 18' round pool. I am upgrading to a 18" sand filter and a 1 hp 2 speed pump. What is the best way to approach this project?

Will your pool install need to pass an inspection?
Bond it the best you can with a water bond and bond to 4 of the legs. Scrape off some paint to bond to the bare metal of the legs then put rust neutralizer and paint on top of the bolts to prevent corrosion in those areas.
