Can intellicenter Highpower wireless connect to both Ethernet and COM at the same time

I have intellicenter connected to highpower wireless through POE Ethernet cable and then inside the house the receiver is connected to router and internet.
I just bought an intellicenter Indoor Controller that has COM connection. My question is that can I wire COM port of Intellicenter to the highpower wireless (in addition to POE) and on the receiver side connect the indoor controller to COM port of receiver?
I prefer not to run 200feet data cable .

The ICP has the same UI as the OCP and very different then the Pentair HOME app.

I have an ICP by the deck door so guests can adjust things if necessary. It saves walking out to the panel as well as searching for a phone or tablet.
