One after the other with maybe 15 minutes in between (pump running) just to make sure you get a nice mix.

"ph up" is actually baking soda and it will raise your alkalinity with little affect on pH. Borax will raise pH. Do you know how to use the PoolMath calculator?

You can add them 10-15 minutes apart without any issues usually.

Aeration is a better method to raise PH.
