All of my numbers are.looking pretty good. I was just wondering in case I remain out of town for a while. I've read a lot of information and have looked at Poolmath, but it only says you may have possible scaling when above a certain PH. Just was wondering...is scali.g a quick process or takes awhile to happen?

Generally it takes a little while, but the degree (or severity) of change does depend on all of your test numbers, not just pH. That's why Marty asked about your test results so we could see for ourselves. Water temp also influences the scaling process, which is another reason why entering everything into the PoolMath tool is so important. The higher your CSI reading, the higher the possibility of scale and probably the rate of change. Depending on those factors, someone might see evidence of scale in a couple months, others it may take several months. Know way for us to pinpoint though.
