Calcium Scale (?) Removal

We've had this unsightly scaling on the side of our spillover spa for two seasons. I tried a pumice stone, but it did practically nothing. I finally did a Jack's Magic Stain Kit and Solution #2 did it for us, dissolving the scale. It even took off the OTHER weird yellow stain ring that goes all the way around the white top of our liner in the spot where we did the test.

We don't need much more of this, since I just need to get the stains off the concrete and top of liner. Can I use regular Sulfamic Acid in a skimmer sock, which is how I did the test ID in the first place? Or is purchasing a $75 bin of Jack's the way to go?

I included before and after pics for posterity...
