Calcium hardness

Happy Saturday everybody, so I just checked my calcium hardness because I haven’t done it before I slammed my pool a month ago or so and it’s 675. I have a vinyl above ground pool I’m just wondering do I have to correct that?

It is on the high side. Do you see any scale build up on anything?

Otherwise, you are about to close the pool. So when you do, you will be draining it down some. Then hopefully you can fill it up with rain/snow melt by next spring and the CH will be reduced.
