I have a little Intex Prism, just filled it yesterday. I let it sit over night and most of today just allow everything to kind of "settle" - I don't know if that is required, but it seemed like a good idea at the time. Anyway, I tested it today and I'm ok with everything with one exception. The calcium hardness test: 25 mL water (filter has been running for about an hour, no chemicals added yet) 20 drops of R-0010, mix; 5 drops of R-0011L, mix; then count the drops of R-0012 to get to blue. The sample was blue after R-0012 - the same is true for the water from the faucet. Is this an issue? How do I correct it?

If the sample turns blue before adding the R-0012, your CH is 0.

Here are extended test directions from Pool School:

With a non-plaster pool, I wouldnt worry too much about Calcium Hardness being on the low side.
