Calcium Hardness Issue (low)

sl,

Well, I suspect it has a lot to do with your specific water... But in my case, I took a reading with my Color Q and with my TF-100.. When the Color Q reagent was new I was dividing the CH test result by 1.3 to equal the TF-100 test.. As the Color Q reagent got older I found I was dividing by 1.2 and then 1.1... The CH reagent is only good for 6 months, unlike all the other Color Q reagents which seems to be good for at least a year or more.

Thanks, Jim R.
