Buying a used pool

We've only had Intex pools so far, but they rust out between years 2-4, no SWG. We are buying now a hard-sided pool for the first time, it is used (4 years old) but seems to be in very good shape. It is a 24' x 54" Verona pool made by Embassy Pool Company.

It's resin top-rail and verticals, with hot-dipped galvanized copper bearing steel pool frame and wall. Powder coated stabilizer rails. (per the brochure I found online)

I know we have to get a new liner and new cove and gorilla pad. He sts the coping was replaced just last year when he got a new liner.

I didn't see any rust on anything, but while it's taken apart I'd like to go ahead and maybe replace the bottom and top plates and bottom rim and stabilizer rails, frame parts or uprights that don't look tip-top.

I know that replacement parts are expensive but we are getting this for a steal, for real.

I see Leslie's sells the whole pool, but I can't seem to find many replacement parts online. https://lesliespool.com/verona-24-x...L2Qakva0KgmQNLxGD0JmvqDFe#description-btn-div

I'm going to call Leslie's (ugh) the manufacturer tomorrow, but my question is (FINALLY, i KNOW) Am I correct in assuming that the parts are not interchangable between models/brands?

Like if I buy the bottom channel piece or top plates for a different 24' round pool, it's not necessarily going to line up and/or have the correct strength and stability. I KNOW the manufacturer is going to say that, but I wanted to check with the experienced hard-sided pool owners here also.

We aren't going to be actually setting it up until Spring, so no rush on anything at all. Just overthinking things, as usual lol
