Bubbler return spinning water?

The sunshelf bubbler on our new pool has a vortex effect when the pump is on med or high. It looks just like the video below. The building put in an eye return, I swapped it out for a flat bubbler return (flat circle with 9 small holes) but no change.... Is there something in the pipe? Any ideas?

Well it is kind of neat and cute.................Not sure why it is doing that. I will put in a call to someone who may know. Hold on a bit until they get back with us.

Try removing the jet nozzle inside the fitting (usually a 7/16" deep socket) and running the pump on high. I think you have something stuck in there.

Did you ever find a solution to this? We just finished our pool build and are experiencing the same thing?
