Broken Pool tile

That looks like a coping stone and not tile. Once a stone breaks it continues to crumble. You cannot glue a stone back together.

The correct fix is to pop the stone off and mortar a new stone in its place.

Thanks. I wasn't sure what it was called.:cautious: I did use something few years back to patch up another piece that broke off. Couldn't remember what product I used. Sounds like it was some kind of mortar. I might look for left over in my garage.
 
Type S mortar is used to lay coping stones.
