Help us help you, your number 1 problem is you are going to the pool store, they have no idea how your water is, I bet your CYA is high and your FC is low.. before we can help you please get one of the recommended test kits so you can test the water so you know what is going on... How are you chlorinating now? 3 inch tabs? Liquid chlorine? Once you get a test kit please post back your numbers so we can see what your working with...
