Is your pool equipment - pump & heater - connected to a bar copper #8 bonding wire?

If you want to follow USA minimum bonding requirements then bond together your pool equipment with a water bond and some areas of your deck and pool structure.

Nope not that I can see. They’re each Earthed via a 3 pin plug.

do you have residual current devices in the USA - I assume you do?

What you call residual current devices we call GFCI - Electrical GFCI - Further Reading

Bonding provides protection from stray currents that may be around the pool. those stray currents may come from places unconnected to the pool equipment.
