Blue Essence SWG issue

Hello All, I can not get the solid red flow to move off that setting.
What direction should the flow meter arrow be? Should it flow in direction from pump to the filter or vice versa.

I dont think it is the flow meter as all seems good there but i may have to get a new one to troubleshoot.

I think i need to do a master re set as i believe i got to low on salt water and also had the 3 month annual beeping red light to re set the SWG happen at same time and i think this just crossed wires on the SWG board. I have tried all but nothing works. I did turn power off to SWG (is that a master re set)

The arrow on the flow switch should point in the direction of the water movement, so it should point away from your pump.

the flow switch all appears good, i think i just need to order another one and give that a shot

One other piece of info, i dumped a bunch of salt in the other day so maybe that caused some issues but the salt light didnt react that way, who knows
