I have a question about blowing out lines in a fiberglass spillover spa when closing a pool.
Is it safe to go in this order:
Currently, I do step 1 last out of precautions, which is inconvenient because half of the jet receptacles are underwater.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
Is it safe to go in this order:
- With the spa's water level below jet receptacles, blow out and plug all air lines (except one).
- Add water to cover the drain and airlock it.
- Blow out the return line.
- Blow out the bubbler and plug the last air line.
