I had my water tested and my cya was 156, I use the discharge hose faucet to a sprinkler and water my yard, is it worth to to bleed and feed or just drain and then refill. Cannot get it straight in my head if I'm doing any good.

You can do either one. You will use more water if you bleed and feed. But I recommend not draining the pool all the way. You'll need to replace about half of your pool water to get into the right range, but don't do more than about 20% at a time. This is because if you are in a high-water table area, you run the risk of cracking or lamination failure, a wall collapse, or even the whole pool popping out of the ground if you drain it too much.

Thank you
