So when I opened and SLAMMED, I used the 10% (Walmart) but now that things are stable I'm considering going to the regular bleach @ 6% as it's a bit cheaper. However, seems that my local Walmart only has "no-splash" variety of their store bleach and something they call "Cleaning" bleach. Both are 6%. Which should I choose or should I bite the bullet and just keep buying the 10% stuff.

Get whatever is cheapest per oz of chlorine. To calculate do the following: Price per jug / (number of oz * percentage as a decimal)
So if you have a gallon (128 oz) of 6% bleach at $3 each, it would be 3 / (128 * .06) = $0.39 / oz. You can also use THIS site to calculate it. That site also has a lookup by zip code to find the cheapest prices near you.
