We had are pool & patio refurbished on December of 2020. In the pool we replaced the tile and finished the pool with diamond brite. About a year and half later the seps of the pool have developed black blotchy stains on it and in the deep end there seems to be discoloration. Anybody have an idea what is happening. I attached a picture of the steps. Thank you for any help.
