Black stain

Hi I’m new to this group. I keep
Getting these stains. Mostly along seams of pool. I brush and they move and sometimes they become white when I shock. Sometimes they become hard to remove with brush. I’ve used a dish sponge to scrub it and it comes off. I find it hard to scrub in deep end. What is it? The hose is from my robot. I don’t want to keep scrubbing.
