Black algae, do I have correct chlorine?

I have had black algae during a long time. I have tried to get rid of it with brushing and chock chlorinating. But I haven't succeded.
No I will try hard to really get rid of it. I just want to check with you that can this, if i have the right chlorine.
I have 5 kg granulated chlorine. The name is Sunbrite and it is TCCA 90 %
I have seen there also is 60% chlorine
I have seen recomendation of 450 g per 10,000 gallon.
Is this for 60% chlorine?
If so, perhaps I should take 300 g with 90 % chlorine?

Hello! Please see the link below about Black Algae. To kill and remove algae, we use a SLAM Process. You might have difficulty there if you don't have access to liquid chlorine or a good test kit. Here in the U.S. we recommend a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C test kit, but sometimes pool owners around the world can't get those kits. So you may end up using different procedures to chlorinate your water. It may be hard for us to help you because of those issues, but we will try. Also see our FC/CYA Levels that ells you what FC level your water should be to match your current CYA level.

I lve in Thailand and I have bought a FAS-DPD box.There is a problem with the CYA test and that is you can only use it a few times then it's empty. I did it yesterday with the last drops and I could fill it up and and even then see the black dot. So i think the value will be about 20. A help for me should be if and how I can use the granulate to slam my pool. Not to say, you should have the liquid.

Yes, if you still see the dot the CYA is too low. You should try to add 10 ppm worth of stabilizer to increase the CYA to at least 30. Even if you increase the CYA to 40 that is okay. Remember as the CYA goes up, the FC must also increase. You can see that on the FC/CYA Levels.

Now i have put in cyanuric acid so the value should go up to 4o-50.
Also lowered the PH to 7,2
And now to my question, how much should i add of my chlorene for a 10,000 gallons pool?
Should I slam it or triple chock?

See: SLAM Process. You want to bring your chlorine level up to a specific value, then test often and add as needed to bring it back to that value often. How much chlorine added depends on your current FC value, size of the pool, and strength of the chlorine. You can use Pool Math to figure out how much you need to add.
