big problem with iron stains

I would say more people are disappointed with the Culator but some people claim it helped them
I saw that on amazon almost all the reviews are 5 stars and I thought it could be a solution product. As for the pumice stone, do you know if it works for removing stains?

Pumice stone does not remove stains.

What type of pool do you have? Plaster? Vinyl? Tile?

In the US PVC would be a vinyl liner pool.

Is that what you have?

You don't want to sand a vinyl liner or you can poke holes in it.

Are you also using a sequesterant?
however I give up. I did treatment with ascorbic acid and put it in filtration all night, the next morning the spots disappeared then I used a double dose of sequestering agent but as soon as I start to insert chlorine the spots come back right away. I really don't know what to do anymore

You have to go very slowly when introducing fc.
What is your current cya?
(All test results really- fc,cc, ph,ta,ch,cya, salt)
What are you using to chlorinate with?

Note he is in Italy and his testing is likely to be limited.

after the treatment with ascorbic acid the values of chlorine and isocyanuric acid are practically zero, the ph 6.8 I can't get it up with the specific products. after the treatment I started slowly inserting the chlorine in small doses. but punctually after a few days the spots begin to form. I'm desperate I'm already on the second treatment with ascorbic acid

I used a double dose of specific iron sequestrant

With no cya even small amounts of fc are quite strong thus the returning stains. Do not add any more Ascorbic Acid.
What is your ta?
use baking soda to increase ta to at least 50. Use PoolMath to calculate amounts.
This should help ph rise.
Turn your jets up so they bubble on the water to also help increase ph.
After getting ph & ta up you should then add enough cya to reach 30ppm. If using granular cya use the sock method.
How are you chlorinating?
Trichlor, dichlor, cal hypo, or liquid chlorine?
You say you used a double dose of sequestrant, do you mean a double weekly maintenance dose or a double treatment dose.
What is your pool volume?

the pool is 250 cubic meters. I used a double dose of sequestrant calculated on the initial treatment. I'm chlorinating with granular dichlorine and with chlorine tablets. I used specific products to increase the ph but this doesn't go up tomorrow I'll try with baking soda

but the cyanuric acid is inside the chlorine I'm using

Dichlor & Trichlor are acidic and lower ph & subsequently ta.
If you can get liquid chlorine & add cya separately that would be much better.
dichlor & Trichlor (pucks) also increase cya so I doubt you have zero cya.
250 cubic meters is around 66,000 gallons- that is a very large pool.
Here’s the effects that dichlor & trichlor have on your 66k gal of water.

the problem is that as soon as i add a little chlorine the water goes from crystal clear and slightly yellow and spots start to form

If the water is changing color when chlorine is added try the polyfill method to remove as much iron as possible before adding any more sequestrant - afterwards deal with the stains using the aa treatment & sequestrant.
The sequestrant can only do so much if your iron level is very high.
