Best way to lower TA!!??

Help my TA is the only thing left to really balance my SWG pool. What's the best way to lower it?? I guess our tap water is high in TA cuz we just did a partial drain and refill due to high CYA and now my TA is even higher than before. Grrrr...

pH 7.5
FC 5.2
CC <0.2
Cya 70 (yay! Was 120!)
Ch 80. (I should I raise that?)
TA 160!
