We have an older Barracuda that we have been maintaining over the years. Our current problem is the unit keeps flipping over and remaining there. The issue began with the unit not moving along the bottom. Replaced the foot pad. The unit then began unscrewing the hose from the cleaner, the large yellow hand nut that attaches the hose to the cleaner. Had to replace the last section of hose because of a tear caused by this. Replaced the same length or hose and the weight as it was before. Husband tightened the nut with an oil filter wrench since hand tightening wasn't keeping it from unscrewing after several attempts. Now we are left with the unit flipping itself over after a period of time of running. I have Not recently replaced either the diaphragm or the fin.
