Success! Got the cell all cleaned and re-installed. I was at FC was at 1 and I turned my SWG on to 70% and in the morning FC was at 8. So now I know that I need to take the cell out every 4 months probably and clean it with the vinegar.

Ok that is good to know because my TA has always been high but I never really did much about it. Well, not entirely true. Once about 4 years ago I worked to bring it down.
