So I have been using liquid chlorine since end of last year due to being too cold for salt cell. This past week due to having a lot of stuff going on , I got lazy with my pool water testing and when checking today FC was 1! CC was zero. Water is crystal clear. I added liquid chlorine to raise FC to 10 per pool math, but I wonder if I should also do an overnight chlorine loss test too.

You can if you like. Might give you peace of mind. But keep an eye on the daily FC loss for the next few days. With chilly water the FC loss should be minimal, so you may have dodged a bullet there.
