Hi. Fairly new to this forum and have only been self testing for a few weeks. Tf100 test kit. Here are my numbers:
FC 4.5
CC 0.5
TC 5
TA 70
CYA 20 although I am least confident of this test
Chlorine 5
Bromine 10
PH 7.8
Salt 3800
hardness 400
The salt is a little high and the CYA a little low. Other than that are the other numbers ok? How should I tweak salt and cya?

No reason to do the OTO (yellow match) test. You have no Bromine.

It would be wise to increase the CYA to 60 ppm or so. How much have you added?

Other parameters are fine.

Haven’t added any yet. You are referring to cyanuric acid?

There has been no stabilizer/ CYA added to the water at all?

i believe we added some packets from the pool store maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago.

Packets of what? Stabilizer typically does not come in packets.
