We have 2009 Bahama Spa Naussa II circulation pump will not stop running. It continues to run and run. I set temp but it keeps running and the temp runs over set temp. Water is clean and clear. Jets all work. Two pumps and they work fine. Please Help. I think it may have something to do with hitting the Filter button but from there I have not idea of what to do. Is there a possible a reset button somewhere on motor that we could press to reset back to original settings. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

40,

Did it ever work the way you want?

I ask because my circulation pump runs 24/7..

In my spa anyway, the circulation pump is not controlled by the thermostat.. The thermostat only controls if the heater is on or off.

Yes, it would turn on 2 times a day or more if the heater needed to heat the water to temp. In this case I have the water temp set at 80 and the temp of water is 98 and the circulation pump is running nonstop. The heater is not on. We went to the dealer and he said it was something about pushing the filter button on the control pad on top. He was in a hurry and tried to help us over the phone when we got home but had not time to chat via phone which I sorta understand it being the week of 4th of July and they are very busy but on the other hand we have bought 2 spas from them so far and deserve a little more of his attention which in the past he has given us. When we do what he tried to walk us thru ...letters and numbers come up which we do not understand and he said he was very busy would have to get repair man out. We are trying to avoid that of course because of cost. The directions that came with spa show completely different directions. We have had the pump replaced and the heater replaced in the past so maybe the pad now operates differently than it did originally with new mechanics inside. But this continuous fliter cycle running is not normal. Any ideas? Thank you
