Backwashing

Hello! My pool has been cloudy since I’ve opened it done everything including just replace the head on my Hayward filter in. Now it will not backwash? Help please

Hello! I just replaced my head on a Hayward sand filter and my filter isn’t spitting out water when I backwash….I haven’t been able to get a clear pool since the beginning of the season…please HELP

The line from the pump goes to the top port.

You have the pump and return lines reversed.
