Hi, I replaced 2 speed pump few years before, I believe my new pump is little overpowered than the old one. When I backwash, I see some sands are out with the water. My question is could I backwash and rising using low speed?

Low speed will not likely be enough flow for backwashing. You could try it, but I have my doubts.
Could I put some sand back in skimmer and let it return to the filter? Did it hurt the anything?
You likely have hundreds of pounds of sand in the filter, I would not worry about a a little bit of it blowing out
