We are intending to attach our 10x12 pergola to our pool patio this weekend. My concern is knowing that our pool's fire feature has a line that runs underneath the patio. Is it safe to assume we can drill into the patio for a 6.5" titen bolt? I'm seeing most Houston, TX regulation stating gas line must be buried 12 inches below grade.
During construction in 2017, I did try to document each stage with pictures. I'm attaching the best one I could find showing piping heading under the patio (my shadow represents main part of patio). Second pic is dirt area that is now under the concrete patio. Third picture shows the patio type.
