Artesian Grand Bahama - A Good Spa? A Good Deal?

Hello, I am getting my first hot tub and we liked the design of Artesian Spa Grand Bahama. The dealer quoted us $10.000, and that includes Tuscan sun spa color, carefree cabinets, 3 pumps, 61 jets, cover lift caddy, cover, ozonator, chemical kit, led lights, 3 y warranty.

When I search some forums around, I found that some folks were priced similar for Elite series.. so I wonder if I got really good deal or not?
Is this reasonably priced?

Also, does anyone have some experience with Artesian Spas in general, is it reliable brand with durable spas?

See if you can find anyone in your area that has dealt with the company you are buying from and see how their after sale service is. I don't know anything about spas but know that after sale service is VERY important.

Ok, I want to give an update after a year and half that I am extremely happy with my spa (Grand Bahama by Artesian Spa), it is just perfect, and we love it!!
It has everything I would imagine, and I would not think about more, and design is great (I like that every seat is different).

I learned to use chemicals: using LEISURE TIME brand combining:
- Chlorinated Granules 56 (weekly or more often if we use it more)
- Spa ph Down, (as needed)
- Defender (as needed)
- Bright and clear (as needed)
I also have the pink stick (I have read on this forum that it is not to be used with chlorine, but we still have it), and our water is always crystal clear.

We change water every few months (3-6), and invested into water pump (I cannot imagine how we would do it without that pump...)
