I ordered my test kit from them almost 2 months ago, on July 2nd. They indicated the smart stir was backordered and would be shipping mid-July. That's fine, I could wait. Since then, I've emailed several times saying I can't wait any longer, please ship my test kit ASAP and ship the stirrer later as I'm getting dangerously close to filling my pool and need to do testing to see what I need to prepare for the bicarb method. I cannot get any responses. The website says they've been in the country since 8AUG, which is almost 3 weeks ago.
At this point, as a customer, this is completely ridiculous. I've been ghosted for 3 months, with no communications and have been ignored after repeated requests for them to just ship my test kit now.
Does anyone have a contact there besides the generic [email protected]?
