Are the same balancing targets for pools appropriate for hot tubs?

The targets I thought I should shoot for are:
Ph: 7.2 - 7.6
TA: 50-80
CH: 130-150
CYA: 20-50
FC: 3-6
My CH is probably closer to 250 and CYA is less than 20 but everything else is in range however my water is really cloudy. So I thought I'd check on whether my targets are appropriate or perhaps its actually something else.
