are recommended chem levels same for all vinyl pools?

I'm am helping a neighbor who just got a Coleman above ground pool. It has a vinyl liner and apparently you tear it down at the end of the season.
Are the chem levels the same as a permanent pool? It uses chlorine which I'm not as familiar with as I have a swg. The manual has the following recommendations. Should I follow them or tell them to use the TFP levels? They only have a basic test kit which they bought separately that apparently measures TA (which is not listed) but not CYA! I'm going to use my Taylor kit to test.

ph = 7.4-7.6
cya = 30-50
fc = 2-4
chlorine compound = 0
ch = 200-400
 
TFP methods are the same for vinyl pools whether above or in ground. You still maintain FC based on your CYA. However, if the pool is seasonal there is an alternative method that can be followed:
