I'm am helping a neighbor who just got a Coleman above ground pool. It has a vinyl liner and apparently you tear it down at the end of the season.
Are the chem levels the same as a permanent pool? It uses chlorine which I'm not as familiar with as I have a swg. The manual has the following recommendations. Should I follow them or tell them to use the TFP levels? They only have a basic test kit which they bought separately that apparently measures TA (which is not listed) but not CYA! I'm going to use my Taylor kit to test.
ph = 7.4-7.6
cya = 30-50
fc = 2-4
chlorine compound = 0
ch = 200-400
