Are best way and intex pool hose connectors interchangeable?

When it comes to the trio of Intex/Coleman/Bestway, sometimes they are interchangeable, but that's not guaranteed. Looking at several old threads, it could depend on the parts that were sourced at the time the pool package was put together, so you might need 1.25" or 40mm (closer to 1.5"). Some are - if you need aftermarket fittings the GAME brand on amazon is usually reliable
