Aquatrol with no display or LEDs

Noticed the pump wasn't on and there was no lights or display. Going through the steps and when I check the red and black wires coming from the rectifiers I'm only getting 9 v...does this mean they are bad or would I not show 0 if they were bad?

Unit is only like 3 years old so I'm somewhat surprised something went bad already....or maybe nothing should surprise me anymore

Do you have 24V AC between the two yellows out of the transformer into the rectifiers?

Yep

24 Volts AC into the rectifiers and 9V DC out says the rectifiers are bad.
