Hi all, was wondering if anyone has ever seen an aquatrol reading its salt as 1.60 instead of the typical 1200-1800ppm range? All summer my salt has been showing up normally at 1500-1600. Now its reading 1.60 and cant get it to read properly again. Its a T5 replacement cell installed in June of this year. I tried powering it down completely but it didnt help....thanks in advance!

Your system is set to read in metric units.

The salt and temperature display can be in English units of ppm and F or changed to Metric units of g/l and C by the following:

  1. Slide the Main Switch to the "Auto" position.
  2. Push the Diagnostic button repeatedly until "ºF" appears on the display.
  3. Slide the Main Switch from "Auto" to "Super Chlorinate" and back to "Auto".
  4. Push the Diagnostic button to exit.
