We recently had a new pool installed with an omnihub for automation.
In addition to our AquaRite 925 we purchased and installed the daughter board to allow control/communication with the hub. Our configuration recognized the AquaRite, but the OmniHub keeps showing 2 errors "Chlorinator1 - Communication Issue" and "Failure to authenticate T-Cell". The Aquarite does not show it is in "remote control" mode either.
The rest of the automation has been set up and is working (VS 700Omni Pump, Hayward Gas Heater, Smart Relay to control Atom Multiplus lights) but after double checking all of the manuals and wiring, I can't even find the cause of the errors.
Our PB doesn't do any of the Omni configuration and have pointed us to Hayward support - but was just looking for any ideas before we make the call.
