"AquaPure not found" error message

For about a week now, my AquaPure has been making a loud beeping sound, and I've been getting the following error message when I try to change the AquaPure settings. I've reached out to our pool builder, who's generally been good to work with, though a little slow, and I haven't heard back from them.

I've seen a few threads on here asking about this topic, but there didn't seem to be a clear resolution to any of those. Has anyone had this issue before and figured out a solution?

I've included pictures of the nest of wires inside the control panel; nothing jumped out at me.

Thanks in advance if anyone has any wisdom to share!

Aquapure not found. Check Aquapure RS485 and power connections

This is a common issue. The Aquapure is still running, it just disappears from the Aqualink.
  • Check the RS-485 two wire data line between the Aquapure board and the Aqualink for any corrosion or loose wires. Reseat the wires and tighten the screws.
  • Try power-cycling the Aquapure panel. Turning the filter pump off then on again usually will accomplish this.
  • "Clear Memory" on the web app

Thanks - it's been happening for a week, and my pump only runs 8 hours over night right now, so it's been power cycled many times. I've also flipped the pump breaker on and off.

I wasn't able to figure out which line should be reseated.

Clearing the memory also resets the full configuration, correct?
